This affects Porter sedation machine heads and the matching cylinder trolley stands — the components practices most often need when commissioning a new starter unit, changing over an ageing machine, or holding a spare head so that a failure never stops clinics.

• If you are planning to start or expand an inhalation sedation service, we would encourage you to place your order as early as possible — ordering now secures your place in the manufacturing queue.
• If you already use a Porter system, this is a good moment to consider a spare head or standby unit. A 12-week replacement window turns a head failure from an inconvenience into a service disruption.
• Existing orders are progressing, and we will contact affected customers directly with revised delivery estimates.
