Cookie Policy
What cookies are, which ones this website sets, why we use them, and how you can control them. Compliant with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
Last updated: 11 June 2026
No marketing or analytics tracking
This website does not use any of the following:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any other analytics service
- Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or any other advertising pixel
- Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity, or any session-replay tool
- Embedded YouTube, Vimeo, or other third-party video/content that sets cookies
- Live-chat or chatbot services that drop marketing cookies
If we introduce any of these in future, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required by PECR, request your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
Lawful basis (UK GDPR / PECR)
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR, as amended), strict consent is required before storing any non-essential cookie on a user's device, with a small exemption for cookies that are "strictly necessary" to provide a service the user has explicitly requested. All cookies currently set by this website fall within the strictly-necessary exemption, so we do not show a consent banner and we do not request consent for them.
For more information on how we process personal data more generally, please see our Privacy Policy.
How long cookies last
Some cookies are "session" cookies and are deleted from your device when you close your browser. Others are "persistent" cookies and remain for a set period (see the table above). You can delete any cookie at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party links
Our website may contain links to external websites (for example the BDIA, NHS, ICO, or our OEM partners) that are not operated by us. This Cookie Policy does not cover the cookie practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the cookie policies of any external sites you visit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be brought to your attention through a notice on the homepage.
