We at R A Medical Services hope this finds all our customers, friends and family, safe and well.
For
the time being, all our operations are continuing as normal. We will,
of course, be taking note of any governmental imposed instructions, so
this situation could change rapidly.
All
our staff have been instructed to observe the hand washing and
infection control regimes as advised and at the present time, nobody has
reported as evidencing symptoms. If this happens, they will
self-isolate for 14 days.
We
are receiving some queries with regard to ongoing maintenance of
equipment. This is proceeding as normal for the time being, although we
are only booking maintenance visits a week in advance, until the
situation clarifies somewhat.
If
your equipment is coming up due for service and we are unable to
attend, then we suggest, that if you wish to continue using the
Inhalation sedation equipment, you adhere strictly to the pre-use
checklist we issue for this purpose. Obviously if any aspect of this
fails, then please do not continue to use the equipment until an
engineer has attended.
An
alternative would be to send your equipment into our workshop for
service. If you would like further information on how this works,
please contact us.
All
orders will continue to be despatched. Our stock levels are reasonably
robust although we may have to consider some level of rationing on
certain items e.g. disposables. If that happens, we will post a further
notice on the website.
Please
let me assure all our customers that we will do everything within our
control to continue operating normally, for as long as possible.
